Are Wryst watches limited edition?

Yes. Wryst watches are produced in limited series, including editions of 10, 40, 75 and 99 pieces. Each watch has an individual serial number engraved on its case back. Check the product page for the edition size of your chosen model.

What makes Wryst watches unique?

Wryst combines distinctive case designs with features such as sapphire crystal, DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating and a four-screw strap attachment system, depending on the model. Each product page details the materials and construction of that watch.

Are Wryst watches Swiss Made?

Most Wryst watches are Swiss Made. Selected models carry the Swiss Movement designation. Check the individual product page for the designation and movement details of your chosen watch.

How water resistant are Wryst watches?

Do Wryst watches come with multiple straps?

Can I buy Wryst watches on finance?

Eligible customers may see instalment payment options at checkout. Availability, repayment schedules and any interest depend on the provider, your location and eligibility. Review the terms displayed before completing your purchase.

 

Ordering & Shipping

My payment was declined. What should I do?

Check your card details and billing address, then complete any verification requested by your bank. If your card is declined again, contact your bank or try another payment method available at checkout. You can also contact Wryst for assistance.

Your bank may request 3D Secure verification to confirm that you are authorising the payment. Follow the on-screen instructions and complete any approval requested in your banking app. The available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Are taxes and duties included in the price?

Prices include VAT and tax for UK customers. International buyers may be subject to local import duties or taxes.

Where can I buy Wryst watches?

Wryst watches are available exclusively through our official Wryst website.

I am having trouble paying at checkout. What should I do?

Try again using an up-to-date browser and a stable internet connection. A private browsing window with extensions disabled may help resolve browser-related issues. Complete any verification requested by your bank.

If the issue continues, contact Wryst with the error message, browser and payment method used. Keep your full card details private.

When will my Wryst watch arrive?

Orders are usually processed within one business day. After dispatch, delivery within Europe typically takes 2–5 business days. International delivery may take 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and service.

DHL deliveries typically take 2–5 business days to many destinations worldwide. These are estimated transit times, and customs processing may affect the arrival date. Your dispatch email includes tracking information so you can follow your shipment.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your shipment. You can also access and download your purchase invoice through your customer account.

Can I call you to place my order?

Please place your order directly through our website using the secure checkout. Payments are handled online rather than over the phone. Choose from the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Can I choose my watch's serial number?

If you would like a particular serial number, contact Wryst before ordering. Include the model name and reference so we can check whether your preferred number is available.

A number with personal significance can make a limited-edition watch an especially thoughtful birthday, anniversary or special-occasion gift.

How do I change my watch strap or bracelet?

Can I order spare parts that are not listed on the website?

We hold a range of spare parts, including strap attachment screws, strap colour combinations and buckles in different sizes and materials. Availability depends on the model and part required.

What is the difference between quartz and automatic watches?

A quartz watch uses a battery and a quartz crystal to regulate its timekeeping. An automatic watch uses a mechanical movement powered by a mainspring, which is wound through the movement of your wrist. Quartz offers everyday convenience and precision, while automatic watches appeal to those who appreciate mechanical craftsmanship. Does Wryst offer a forged carbon watch with a Swiss automatic movement?

Yes. The Wryst Paragon combines a forged carbon case with a Swiss ETA 7750 automatic chronograph movement. It offers a 48-hour power reserve and is produced in a limited series of 10 pieces worldwide.

 

Your Customer Account

How do I log in to my Wryst customer account?

Visit account.wrystwatches.com and enter your email address. You will receive a six-digit sign-in code by email, so you can access your account using that code.

1. Enter your email address and select Continue.
2. Check your inbox for the six-digit code. Allow a few minutes for delivery and check your spam or junk folder.
3. Return to the sign-in page and enter the code to access your account.

Use the same email address you used when placing your order. If a code expires, request a fresh one from the sign-in page.
