Are Wryst watches limited edition?
Yes. All Wryst models are exclusively produced in limited quantities, making them exclusive collector’s items.
Once sold out, they are not restocked. We offer limited edition watches series of 10, 40, 75, and 99 units with the serial number engraved on the case back.

How water resistant are Wryst watches?

Do Wryst watches come with multiple straps?
Yes. Most Wryst luxury models include a free extra strap. The watches come with silicone bands, leather straps, and metallic bracelets in various colors to match your style.
Can I buy Wryst watches on finance?
Yes. Wryst offers purchase on finance in four installments with zero interest with Klarna, Paypal Credit, or Shop Pay. These options make the luxury Swiss watches more accessible.

I ordered an exclusive Wryst timepiece - when will it arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery within Europe takes 2–5 business days, while international shipping may take 5–10 business days.
Goods sent with DHL usually take between 2 to 5 working days to reach most destinations worldwide.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your shipment. You will also be able to find your purhcase invoice and download it.
Can I call you to place my order?
The only way to purchase a limited edition luxury Wryst timepiece is directly online. We do not offer the option to make payments over the phone - This prevents us from unintentionally accepting orders placed with a lost or stolen bank card. We do not accept bank cheques, Western Union, cash on delivery, bank transfers, etc.

Which Serial Number are Available?
If you require a particular serial number for your limited edition Swiss sports watch, Wryst, please contact us. We will need the name and reference of the timepiece and can check stocks to see if the number you are looking to purchase is available.

I want to purchase some parts that are not available on your site
We have many various parts available for your timepiece. Bracelet screw attachment kits, various bracelet color combinations, different buckle sizes/materials are available. Should you require any spares for your exclusive sports watch, Wryst, please contact us.

I can't login to my customer account on wristwatches.com
If you are an existing customer, our login system is now simplified and no longer requires to use a password or create a new one if you forgot it.
- Click on the login icon at the top right of any page (The small icon representing a person).
- On the next page, enter your email in the corresponding tab and click "continue".
Our system will then send immediately send you a six digit passcode to your email address. - Check you emails and copy the six digit code you have received from us (Emails can sometimes take a few minutes to arrive). Remember to check your spam folder. The code will expire within 15 minutes but you can create another one.
- Go back to the login page you left open and enter your six digit code to login.
If you want to create a new customer account without placing an order follow the same steps above. Remember to check your spam box to see if the email with your six digit passcode is there.
