Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your watch order quickly. Please write to us as soon as possible. Email your request to sales@wryst-timepieces.com. Use the subject heading “Order Cancellation”. Please make sure to include your Order ID number.

EU CANCELLATION BUTTON

Are you located in the European Union? You can use our dedicated "EU Right of Withdrawal" button. You will find this button in our website footer. This lets you submit your cancellation request instantly. You do not need to log into an account.

CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPPING

Did you cancel before we shipped the goods? You will get a full refund of the total order price. Under consumer protection laws, we do not deduct credit card or payment processing fees from this refund.

CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPPING

Did you cancel after we shipped your goods? You can no longer cancel the order before delivery. However, you can still return the watch easily. Please follow the instructions in the Returns section below.

RETURNS POLICY

Did you buy your watch from a reseller? Please check their specific return policy. This policy only applies to watches bought directly from our official Wryst shop.

We want you to love your order. However, you can return any item within 14 days of delivery. This applies if the product is faulty or does not match the description.

RETURN APPROVAL

You must wait for our email response before shipping items back. We will contact you to discuss the condition of the watch. To get a full refund, the watch must be perfectly new and unworn.

We will send you strict shipping instructions. You can proceed with the return once you accept these terms. You must use a registered delivery service that requires a signature. Please buy suitable transit insurance.

RETURN COSTS

Customers are strictly responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the product is proven to have arrived with a structural manufacturing defect.

USED OR DAMAGED RETURNS

You have the right to inspect the watch at home. However, you must handle it gently, just like in a physical shop. Did you wear or damage the product? Law allows us to deduct the lost market value from your refund.

We look at the condition of the returned item. If the watch is damaged and unsellable, the deduction can equal 100% of the price. In that case, your refund value will be zero.

PACKAGING AND CUSTOMS

Please return products in their original packaging. Did you open or damage the packaging so it cannot be reused? We will deduct a small fee to cover repackaging costs.

Always keep your official shipping receipt. This is your proof of return if the package gets lost. For international returns outside the UK, we must set up a controlled shipment. This stops incorrect customs charges.

Please contact us before shipping from outside the UK. If you return an item because you changed your mind, export and return shipping costs are deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

We will refund the price of the returned product minus valid shipping or admin fees. We refund the standard outward delivery cost if you return the full order within 14 days. We do not refund premium express shipping upgrades.

We do not refund the cost of shipping the item back to us. We do not refund external customs clearance fees outside the United Kingdom.

Did you lose your refund right because the item was heavily used? You must pay to ship the watch back to you. You have 14 days to arrange this delivery.

We process all valid refunds within 14 days. This timeline starts when we receive the goods or when you provide certified proof of return shipping.

WARRANTY AND LEGAL RIGHTS

Customers in the UK and EU receive full protection from statutory legal guarantees. You have a legal right to a remedy if a genuine manufacturing fault develops.

Wryst Timepieces guarantees the watch movement will be free from original defects. This warranty matches your local legal rights. It lasts 1 year globally and up to 2 years for EU and UK consumers.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty covers internal manufacturing faults and movement defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear. It does not apply to the bracelet, case, crystal, or battery.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage or consumer misuse. It is void if you operate the crown underwater and violate the ATM water rating. It is void if unapproved technicians repair the watch.
