  • Tracking: Once your watch has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Costs

  • Complimentary Shipping: We offer free worldwide express shipping on all watch orders.

  • Duties & Taxes: Please note that shipping costs do not include import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be required to pay these charges upon arrival to clear customs.

  • Delivery Signature: For the security of your purchase, all Wryst shipments require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the package.

  • Shipping Address: We only ship to the confirmed address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before finalizing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have left our facility.

  • Packaging: Every Wryst timepiece is delivered in its original, high-quality presentation box and securely cushioned in a protective shipping carton to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the external packaging, please note this with the courier upon arrival if possible. If your watch arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us immediately so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
